I have long wanted to visit Rottingdean, the little town just out of Brighton that is famed for being the home of Rudyard Kipling. As much as I would have loved to sample the local tea and scones, we were absolutely stuffed from a delicious breakfast at Smokey's in Brighton and so simply feasted our eyes on the beautiful surrounds.
Very quaint, very cute, and very easy to get to. I possibly didn't sell this too well (we did a lot of walking and so I was more focused on not falling over than taking photographs!) but hopefully I will be back soon enough - this time, with enough room for tea and scones.
