I am fortunate enough to currently be attending the only university in England that is situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty - that is, an area that has been designated as deserving conservation due to significant landscape value. This means that the area around my university is absolutely stunning - here are some photographs I took on a walk so you can see for yourself! I feel like I am on "Escape to the Country" - there is something very English about putting on my wellingtons (I actually only have hiking boots) and heading out for a galavant through the fields.
Days like this remind me of how lucky I am to be on exchange. England is so beautiful!
